She looks like Michael!! And totally agree that Lindsey and Ali at that age were fug.
The kids get their freckles from Dina… in fact, they get pretty much everything from their mom. This one totally looks like Michael Lohan.

Lindsay looks just like Dina, which would explain why the child doesn't look like Lindsay. She looks a lot like the youngest son of the Lohans.
