A rehab facility ‘insider’ sold Heather Locklear out to the tabloids!
The Melrose Place alum’s mouthpiece previously claimed that the actress was receiving treatment at an Arizona facility for anxiety and depression.
But, a source with connections to the center (Sierra Tucson) treating Locklear tells InTouch Weekly that she’s being treated for alcohol and prescription-pill dependency.
Heatherwas supposedly driven all the way from LA to the Arizona facility by boyfriend and Melrose co-star, Jack Wagner, to keep her admission to rehab a secret.
That didn’t last very long!
A family insider also reveals to the magazine, “Over the years, she’s had in-home detox sessions with a nurse, but none of it has ever worked.”
Another source adds, “Two years ago, she attended a discreet women-only Narcotics Anonymous meeting in the San Fernando Valley.”
Wow. Seems like she’s been battling her demons for a while now.
