I liked what I heard so far….Cyndi sang this classic in that pitch, so Miley's version is at least true to the original classic.

Well … it's typical current H-wood slick-schlock. They have these little bimbos cover older 80s classics and they take out all of the interesting and appealing nuances of the original, give it a glossy shine and try to pass it off to the dummy public. Remake of 'Our Lips Are Sealed' comes to mind but the dopey Duffs. It's SO sad where music has gone. It's much like buying, say, scissors made in China. They LOOK like scissors, they FEEL like scissors - but they don't cut anything. Oh well—only paid $2 for them, in the trash they go!
