Police: Woman Traded Sex For Gas
Police in Fort Wright set up a prostitution sting and said one of the suspects they arrested engaged in sex for a $100 gasoline card and other gifts.
Thirty-four-year-old Angela Eversole of Fort Wright is charged with prostitution and doing business without an occupational license. She pleaded not guilty at a Tuesday arraignment.
Police also arrested a man they said paid Eversole. He is 50-year-old Kenneth Nowak of Avon, Indiana.
Kenton County prosecutor Ken Easterling said it's sad when people are selling their bodies for gas.

And what does an industrial revolution mean? It means they are going to be using a shit ton of gas/oil. The republicans tried to get Clinton to drill for oil in Alaska, but no. 1) 80% of the Gulf can be drilled and its only 20% that can't
2) Despite what the right-wing shills say lots of Federal lands has been opened to oil development: Clinton opened about 4.6 million acres for oil exploration in the late 1990s and Bush has opened huge areas of Alaska's Bristol Bay, Western lands owned by the Federal Government (doing it in ways that pissed off many western Republicans) and Central and Eastern areas of the Gulf.
3) about three-quarters of all the Federal land we have leased onshore is not currently being produced. Of the over 45.5 million acres of land that has been leased, oil companies are sitting on 31 million acres, on which no production is occurring.
4) the oil rigs are booked solid for the next 5 years

gas prices in europe have been $6 a gallon for ages, and no one is complaining. well, at least most of our price is something called green taxes to benefit something called the ENVIRONMENT which isnt doing very well.
so besides alternative payments for prostitution i hope this gas crisis will result in people actually starting to use alternative energy sources and cutting their gas use

Just think a minute - Preminium Gas is $4.25 (or more, depending where you are) a gallon and if she has a 15 glallon tank, that is over $60.00. If she has a diesel vehicle it is even more. So how cheap is she? Not like in the days of 2.00/gallon gas.
