This law is obviously meant to stop marriages between minors and majors that would be forbidden in Wisconsin. However, if Wisconsin were to apply it against gay couples (which it wouldn't), a lawsuit would ensue and the statue would, presumably, be overturned because it's void for vagueness or unconstitutional.
