That brings up another question. You have a woman and a woman who has declared herself a "man" in a relationship. Why is the woman who is so sure she wanted to be a "man" the one having the baby? Especially after she went through so much to prove she wanted to live as a "man". Once again, not judging, just curious.
She was born a female, therefore she can reproduce like any other female on the planet. Why is the media making it look like she is a "Man"?????? If I take some hormones, grow a beard and get knocked up will I get as much attention?????

(not directed toward you) If you have to live as a "male" for a certain amount of time to be recognized as a "male", and then you choose to have a child after that, aren't you then choosing to live as a female? It's my understanding that this woman lived as a "male" in order to achieve "male" status so she could marry but then reneged keeping her female organs and getting pregnant in the hopes of having a child, which she calls a "human right" not a "male or female right".
ok well HE is still a SHE because SHE still has reproductive organs and female genitalia..so SHE basically is a woman who removed her breasts. and took some hormone tablets.

Re: Elisa – Although I have to agree that this child will probably encounter much ridicule for her mother's choice, that is nothing compared to the pain she is going to feel once she realizes that this is not natural and that her mother duped everyone to get a male status so she could marry a woman and then got pregnant with "someone's" sperm (maybe they know whose sperm it is) because she didn't really want to be a "man". Once again, men cannot get pregnant. What's sad is that we will all be forced to accept this as normal even though it involved deception on the mother's part.
