PEREZ! i am so happy to see this video, really. and some of the comments on other videos say mean things about you, the site, and generally ignorant things over-all. but the feedback on this has been OVERWHELMINGLY positive! As it SHOULD BE! you look GREAT. and i'm not just saying that because i love you. It's because you seriously are an inspiration for people just wanting to be healthy! I've never had too much of a weight problem, just toning and 10 extra pounds here and there..but you've really inspired me to live so much more healthy. i have a major problem sticking with things i set out to do.. and revealing your "new" body on this fourth of july has really made me examine myself and my goals, and really following what i set out to do. This is absolutely amazing; I can't help but to comment on the definition of your abs as well!! Seriously, you are WELL on your way.. and as for that extra skin (and it really is extra skin), it's nothing a plastic surgeon couldn't handle in about an hour. Wow I wish I had your will power ha. That is def loose skin, and more than likely you'll need to get that surgically removed. You lost a lot of weight & that skin is more than likely there to stay. But even w/ that, you look great.
Dear Perez, congradulations on your body work.
I think you should prepare yourself for the fact that that loose skin will need to be worked on with plastic surgery.
You would need to bulk up with a lot of muscle to take care of all that, which requires a lot of working out and a lot of diet, or plan a surgery in which they basically cut out all that skin and resculpt your body.
When I mentioned diet I meant like a diet of like 4 whole chickens and lots of protein and lots of weight training. I don't think this is for you.
In your video you talked about the loose skin and your dissapointment or managing your expectations, but you didnt express any knowledge about this.
A friend of mine had dropped from 320 lbs way down and it was a sheet of skin that he had to deal with. The elasticity of the body can only handle so much.
I am not an expert or even a novice on these matters.. so you should consult one.
Again, my congradulations, I hope you take my comment in a postive spirit.
