Through every video you had posted during the last few months Ive really realised a change in each one. And im glad you have done it not to 'lose weight' but to feel good and stay healthy. Perez, good for you! You look sooo much better! Soooooooo much better! Good for you for sticking to it, and even BETTER, good for you for not judging your progress on an all or nothing basis. People who diet and exercise with only all or nothing short term goals face only short term success and then the second they have a bad day or don't meet the deadline they've set for themselves (usually based on an unrealistic goal in the first place), they quit. It took you a lot more than 3 months to get so out of shape and it's going to take a lot more than 3 months to get back into excellent shape. Fitness is truly a lifelong journey, and kudos to you for deciding that it's a journey that you deserve to take! Human beings often take what we've been given for granted and we abuse it. Taking care of ourselves is the best way to show self-love and appreciation for our LIVES, for the billions and billions of tiny cellular lives that work so hard together to create the one big life that is us!
