you can totally tell that you have abs though!! The middle is way defined and it is just excess skin on the sides. I got up at 7:00 this morning and walked for 30 minutes. It may not seem like a lot, but it is a start for me. Thanks for showing that even if you don't have a perfect body you should be proud of your accomplishments.
