Perez, I have two teenagers. 15 & 16.. they draw on their arms ALL the time, and they drawn on their friends arms (and vice versa) It seems pretty normal to me… no drugs involved. Plus have you ever heard of the movement: TWLOHA? (to write love on her arms) it's a movement against self harming..
