I'm well aware of the dangers of caffeine addiction. I've only had two cups of coffee today, and one sugar free Red Bull. I had the Red Bull right before I rode the recumbent bike at the gym for 45 minutes, followed by 45 minutes of weight work. I ended with a 15 minute sauna sit. That's my workout routine 5 days a week! I'm 47. BTW.

Re: ro – That's why I already suggested that he get a job in the Killer Whale exhibit at Sea World San Antonio. Part of that suggestion is practical, and part of it is selfish.
Practically, besides blogging, he's too fat to do anything in Socal Entertainment because they're all such SKINNY HATERZZZZ.
On the other hand, we don't mind fat in Texas. He could perform with the Killer Whales, get a tan, and eat authentic Tex-Mex, and wander up and down the Riverwalk being all bitchy and special at the different clubs. The people of SA would absolutely love him, and most likely would never kick him down the concrete steps of the River Walk, and leave him to drown. In fact, I think that would be very unlikely, especially if he was very entertaining in the Killer Whale Exhibit at Sea World, and I bet he would be FANTASTIC as a Killer Whale!!!
