But (1) Iran is bigger, more mountainous, and more politically cohesive than Iraq; (2) the USA is much weaker now, economically, politically and militarily, than in 2003; and (3) the IAEA says Iran isn't building a nuclear weapon, just like they said about Iraq, which was true, while Bush and Israels say they are, just like they said about Iraq, which was a lie.

Blagojevich is plagued with controversies and 52% of voters in Illinois said they would vote to recall the governor ~ Blagojevich and State Senate President Emil Jones are working "very" hard to keep the recall amendment off of the Illinois ballot. Daley himself has publicly apologized for his (Chicago) scandal plagued city hall. Recently there was a segment on 60 Minutes regarding Chicago Police Department's most elite cops, the SOS Unit (Special Operation Section) ~ the corruption was simply unbelievable.

Why is it OK that there is an "Ebony" magazine but if we had an "IVORY" magazine we would be called racist???? Why is it that everyone griped about the New Orleans floods and the government but there is little talk/uproar about getting help to the people in Iowa, Missouri, Illinois when their homes have been destroyed by floods as well? I am not racist - have lots of friends of many colors - but I think this is a valid point.
A few points to make.
1) Its funny how people call Obama racist all the time, and then say they will not support a racist president. What country are you guys from? There have been so many racist U.S. presidents its a damn shame. Hell they were prejudiced against the french, Irish and German immigrants and even made several openly discriminating laws. (alien and sedition acts). They discriminated against the chinese and japanese. Also lets not forget Native Americans and black people.
2) For every one that keeps bringing up the he's "half-white" argument may I remind you that it was not black people that created the "one drop" rule. White people early in U.S. history decided that if you had one drop of black in you that you were not and never could be white.
3) As for the "flip-flopping" that everyone keeps bringing up maybe you should just realize that its a good quality when someone can look at new information and reassess a previous decision. That shows growth and that is what change is about, it is not about blindly and ignorantly sticking to one point of view of a situation.
