I think that it is absolutely awesome that you are getting yourself healthy. Life is too short already so it is great that you are taking steps to make yours as long as possible. My brother is 40 and is going to have a heart bypass in six days because of blocked arteries so believe me when I say that you are definitely doing the right thing for yourself. Continue the great work. I saw your shirtless post and thought that for where you are at in your process you are looking fab (sorry for the old school word but I just can't get down with the whole fierce thing). I don't understand why people leave such nasty comments for Perez. It's a 'Gossip' site, for crike's sake, it's the nature of the beast.
