According to OK! Magazine, the flick chatter pushed by the British media was all rumor.
The mag cites comments made by a rep for Maniston as proof it's not happening.
Man is the show's biggest star…what would it be without her?
The mouthpiece said that the actress was unaware of any such project and questioned why she would have any interest in revisiting her sitcom days.

Thank God! These actors 15 minutes are up. It was a shitty show that somehow made big ratings (with lonely, desperate women). It's over people, move on. It's bad enough that Maniston is still trying to stay relevant. Let's not encourage the others to do so.

That's funny…. After sex and the city was over , I never saw Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis, or Kim Cattrall on the big screen ANYWHERE! Yet, they aren't called Z-listers. hmmm, sounds like Perez is just a big bitter bitch. Friends will never be anything less than the number one show of the 90's! I'm sure plenty of people would've been excited to see it on the big screen. Well, it's not like the entire group doesn't have enough money to retire off of. SO much for z-list. I will admit that I like Friends; I guess most of the hate it gets is from people who don't like to be trendy or whatever. I'm like that about some things, just not Friends. (And I'm not a SATC fan, but I understand some people like it. Of course, I could just call the SATC fans "fat & lonely" or whatever the jackasses on here think the Friends fans are.)
Anyway, I'll agree with the general consensus- Aniston's movie career isn't exactly flourishing, a Friends movie would suck, and Perez is in no position to call these people Z-Listers.
