I have no idea what video you're speaking of or what smear campaign you got it from. The photo/video of Obama standing with his hands clasped in front of him while Bill Richardson and Hillary stand with their hands on their hearts was falsely claimed and circulated as being during the Pledge–and was actually during the Anthem. This is part of a conservative smear campaign on Obama's patriotism–one of the only things that conservatives have to work with is attacking Obama's supposed lack patriotism because that is a SIMPLE idea that the unintelligent masses can latch on to. So you claim you saw a video of him sitting during the Pledge of Allegiance? Even if that was true…what does this matter? There are also numerous videos of him standing with his hand over his heart during the Pledge, so what does this prove? And is this really something that matters to you in the face of real issues and problems? It just doesn't make sense to base the future of the country on these petty issues.

They signed up to defend our country, but that's not the job they're doing in Iraq. I am NOT a Republican. But it saddens me when people enjoy taking tough political shots at the wives…especially Cindy McCain. If you look more into who she is (Newsweek just did an excellent article about 3 weeks ago) she really is this "everyday (rich) woman" who has lived far away from her husband, pratically a single mother who really didn't want to give into McCain runnig for President. It has not been until now that they have had to be side-by-side in the Presidental race, playing the husband/wife role. And yet, she is the center of SO MUCh criticism. Just like Michelle Obama…who is just awesome…
