I do photoshop for a living and the first pic is p-shopped for sure. someone replaced the eyes mouth and nose of miley and formed it on the face of some hooker in the shower. the 2nd pic is totally her though. who cares every little teen idiot with a camera phone or digital camera has pictures like that. In my opinion the top one looks fake, but the bottom one looks real. It's a shame that young girls these days think they need to do things like this in order to receive attention. When I was 15 I certainly would have never thought of posing like that I;d be too busy watching the Disney Channel or TGIF excited that we got to have Pizza for dinner.
