Angelina Jolie's doctor has confirmed that the actress did indeed give birth Saturday night.
And, she had a boy and a girl.
Yay!!!!
A mini Brad, Jr. has arrived!
The obstetrician who delivered the twins, Dr. Michel Sussmann, says that Angie and the kids "are doing marvelously well."
Brad was there for the planned caesarian, as he has been every step of the way.

Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline were born Saturday night at the Lenval hospital in Nice.
The boy weighed 5.03 pounds and the girl 5 pounds.
All you Angelina fans, like us, will know that Marcheline was the name of the actress' dear departed mother.

You wouldn't have a clue as to how long she was trying to get pregnant before resorting to IVF unless you were living under their bed like the troll that you are. Your theory holds no merit. Think what you want. She was in a rush to have a soccer team and I'm sure the fertility issues fit perfectly into her plan. She has more money than GOD and could afford to start treatments and skip alot of the bullshit red tape that most couples endure. I know atleast 3 people that have had twins from IVF. If you have the money to do it - you can normally bypass the IUI and go straight to IVF. Also, if you conceive a child with NO problems and then suffer from secondary infertility ( look it up fool) , normally a doctor will not make you wait a full year of trying to conceive to start you on treatments. Usually they will tell you to try for a few months at best and then they start testing and possible fertility drugs if no conception has happened. This is most definitely what she went through. Must be a huge coincidence that the couple who wants 7 kids ends up with twins naturally!!! I call bullshit. They can buy children whether through adoption or any other means necessary!!

People on the C-section. It's common with twins. I had a C-section because my baby was 9'11. Doc told me if I went naturally the baby could crack my cervix and i would lose blood and need a transfusion. Well, I don't want anyone's blood mixing with mine. So, I had the C-section. Best delivery I
ever had. Can you see a 9'11 baby coming out. That's pretty big. Plus,
the cord was around his neck. C section are harder to recup from too.
Hurts like hell. But, the baby was safe. So right now Angie is in pain!
Trust me! And she had two! Give that girl a shot of something. Congrats again Jolie-Pitts. Also Knox is Brads grandfather's name. Keeping all in the family!

Usually when a woman gets as skinny as Ang, they don't get periods anymore, nor ovulate. That is a FACT. She clearly used fertility drugs and/ or IVF. Not that it's a bad thing to have these types of treatments or anything but Ang will never admit it, because she like the world to see her as a "Superwoman" type person. to all the idiots ranting about natural birth vs. C-sections, let me just say that I was a breach baby who only wishes my mom's doctor back in 1953 bothered to C-section her during my birth because I was born a paraplegic. if mom's doctor had had a brain in his head, I wouldn't be spending my life in a wheelchair and I could stand up and kick all of your collective asses. you're a bunch of idiots.
also, congrats to the happy couple. 3.5 years and 6 kids later, they seem to be doing just fine for the moment, why worry about their future as a unit? besides, we have a 50% divorce rate in this country, so being married clearly is no guarantee of permanent togetherness anyway. personally, I like them because they're generous humans. giving away the $11 million dollars they're going to get for the kid's pictures is pretty fucking amazing. what have most of you moron posters done lately to make the world a better place? jeez, what douches…

Angie's brother James Haven looks like Angie, but he is no stunner.
