    Sat right next to both of them at a cheetah girls concert with my lil sis. Before the show, my sis along with other tweens approached tisdale for pics and her mom kept rolling her eyes and sighing. Total bitch! FYI: This was a month or 2 before hsm even came out and they were at a freaking DISNEY concert!!!
