We've all driven our parents to ridiculous levels of stress, but Amy Winehouse has taken it one step too far.
We blame the junkie's antics for her dad's hospitalization last week!
According to the British media, Mitch Winehouse collapsed and was rushed to a hospital.
A family friend said that Mitch has done all he can to keep Crackhouse at home following her hospitalization for an emphysema-like condition and has been suffering from stress-related panic attacks.
Poor Pops! We can't even begin to imagine what hell his life must be like.
A source close to Mitch says, "He has been taking a lot on and has been dedicating himself to trying to improve Amy's health. But his own health has suffered as a result. She told him not to worry about her – but that's easier said than done."
Children can be so selfish…especially the strung out ones!

I have a close family member who is a substance abuser. When you love your children and they are as unhealthy as Amy is it is very difficult to set boundaries.Having said that when her father distances himself from her and her self destruction he will start to be healthier.I have learned the hard way that there is not a lot you can do to prevent actively drug using self destructive individuals from being at deaths door. That girl is gone.Look at her.She is so far beyond being able to stop using that it is scary.God help her because she is going to die if she continues.

That is such an insensitive thing to say, Jenni. Most drug abusers resort to it as a result of peer pressure - especially if they feel the urge to be accepted by others who are also using - and many celebrities succumb to it to relieve stress or escape from their hectic and intrusive lifestyle.
I really feel for her Father. He's clearly doing all he can to help his daughter, whether she likes it or not. Drug users are the most selfish people in the world, regardless of who they are hurting. All they care about is their next fix and where to get it from. I hope they both get well soon.

Even to realize, that you need help, you have to be clean for a short while, but the craving gets so strong, it does your head in so much, it is, as if I would tell you let to get control over your dreams, while you´re sleeping!! you have no idea. Do you really thin, she sits there and thinks "well, I´m addicted, but I like it and I don´t give a fuck about my dad and my voice or my life. I wanna die and I wanna suffer!" Do you really think, addicted people think that way? i´ve been fighting a heroin addiction for 30 years! sometimes more, sometimes less successfull, I have 2 kids, the older one skipped two terms and will finish school and go to university with 16!

In Germany the kids are usually 10 to 20! So I can look after myself and I do work, every day I get up at ten past 6, and I was only sick twice in eight years. But beating the addiction…..I could cry when I hear songs by Amy sund a few years ago and her voice was so clear and now she can´t hit high notes and her gigs in glastonbury and the other one where embarassing, she sung so bad. Do you think, she doesn´t relize that? But being so bad, makes her wanna do even more drugs, to forget, and being in the limelight all the time and being filmed in secret by so called friends probably doesn´t help either. She must be so lonely and desperate. how would you cope in her situation? honestly? so think again, before you write such nasty things!!!!

The problem is: when people begin to enter the way of drugs, hardly able to leave when consume much less strongly and therefore becomes an addiction! For more than she loves her father, at this stage of her life, it is very difficult to stop with the drugs … so, the only thing that we can do to help her is being with her and support her as possible as we can do but not with comments like you did in the photo, because these do not help her choose the right way! Guys, she is only 24 years, and in my point of view, all these situations is a kind of delayed adolescence, because while the other young people lived their lives as a normal teenager, Amy concern over the launch of its first CD , By the way, was a success !
