This is pathetic. Not the picture, but the fact that this is such a big deal. She's 15 not 9 and human not divine. The only reason anyone is making any sort of deal out of this is because she happens to be a star on a Disney show. If she was on any other network they wouldn't care nearly as much. Jamie Lynn Spears is a year older than her and she just gave birth, but she's not put through nearly as much pressure. She's not berated nearly as much as Miley Cyrus. Even with the side of her skirt that is slightly raised, it's still longer than most of the skirts I see on kinds these days. Besides, who knows these are even for real? And if they are? She's almost 16 years old and is allowed to make mistakes. Her contract with Disney doesn't say that she can't make any mistakes ever. For someone to hack into her MySpace or phone is disgusting. THAT is how reputations are ruined. Not by pictures but by people with no lives going out of their way to find ways to ruin a girl of 15 who has never done anything wrong. She's not off having sex.
