Could Denise Richards be trying to make the media think Charlie Sheen is a danger to their children?
Or is something serious really going on????
Richards went to court today, Thursday, with her attorney, Neal Hersh, to ask the judge for an emergency order to restrain Charlie from their kids.
Denise, her attorney, and the judge had a closed emergency hearing today.
Apparently, Denise told the judge that there's a serious issue in Sheen's house that could have a bad impact on the kids. Supposedly, a "psychological impact" - so Denise wants a psychologist to evaluate things.
Really, psychological issues like having camera crews around your children all the time for the sake of your show? ????
Hersh said, "These are serious issues regarding the children. I would hope we will be graced by Charlie Sheen's presence in court on Monday — if he takes these matters seriously regarding his children, like Denise does."
The matter is said to be resolved this coming Monday.
Those poor girls. Both of their parents are fuck-ups!

Perez….there are TONS of reality shows out there that show their kids in them WAY more than her show. Lay off. Runs House, Kimora, etc. etc. She may have her flaws –but you need to harp on her for something besides her reality show!
I've seen her show a few times. Her children are featured minimally, and there has yet to be proof that when children are that small that a camera crew is damaging to a child. Take a look at the children from Jon and Kate plus eight. They did a behind the scenes special and showed footage of their children interacting with the camera and production crew. They loved them like family. Now that's not say that all reality crews would be regarded this way by a child, but it was surprising how very genuine the children show affection and/or indifference to what we all see as an unusual situation. Furthermore, Denise's father seems to be incredibly grounded and very much not someone putting on a show, and he seems like the kind of person that would make sure his grandchildren were not being manipulated. I doubt she is as crazy as you try to make her out to be .

I've seen parts of her show a few times, but cannot stomach too much to sit through so I wouldn't know if her kids are on…..chances are, the kids are on it less than originally planned because THE PUBLIC SAW HER FOR THE OPPORTUNIST SHE WAS and she's trying to save face. Charlie is the only way she can get attention…..if she really loved her kids, she'd keep it private. Denise doesn't mind humiliating or degrading her own children….school will be great for them. Why doesn't protect her dad or family and leave them out of it too?

OK, I'm trying to understand something…what is psychologically debilitating about having a camera crew around? Jon & Kate's 8 children are surrounded by cameras every day, but no one's calling her a bad mother! Leave her alone and make some fucking sense Perez. I think it's obvious to everyone that Charlie Sheen is not the most upstanding citizen…
you know, I don't think Denise is perfect but I do think she tries to be a good mom and her Dad that lives with them is also a great solid person to help raise them. The household isn't perfect but it could be WAY WORSE people. these little girls are not out on the streets or anything. Charlie has so many addictions and past problems, I trust that Denise wouldn't just pull this problem out of thin air. This is just my opinion, but little kids need stablility, and I think she is trying to give them that. Good luck to Denise and her girls and sweet father.

I just read through some comments which i usually don't do..It's so sad that people have the time to sit here and completely TRASH someone that they don't even know. TEAM DENISE! I never expected to start liking her - but I do. After watching her show, it seems to me that Denise is a genuine, funny, kind hearted women who just happened to marry Mister Extremely Wrong because she was in love. Many women think they can change their guy… Denise discovered soon enough that this wasn't going to happen. So she did the right thing by divorcing this total tosser and protecting her kids. They are barely on the show, her father is a sweet guy who's always around, she has a lovely down to earth sister: I'm all in favour of Denise and wouldn't question this recent move of taking Charlie to court again. She probably has VERY GOOD reason to do so!
Denise Richards is a fuck-up. She doesn't care about her kids, not with that reality TV show of hers sticking cameras in their faces all day. CHARLIE SHEEN should have custody of his children. It is a shame the way Denise has treated Charlie. Charlie deserves better!

6. Even if the children aren't on camera for Denise's reality TV show, they are STILL on set. They are around for the show and it DOES AFFECT THEM. I think Denise is a very bad mom for doing a reality TV show, selfishly, for herself, not thinking about her kids.
7. Charlie's drug and sex problems are IN THE PAST.
8. The only thing making Charlie crazy now is him being denied his kids and having a crazy ex!

I think everyone needs to stop giving denise a hard time for her show. Everybody and their momma has a reality show these days. Her children are only shown for like 30 seconds each episode and suddenly she has the rep for being a bad mom??? What about all the other shows where young children are the main stars like Run's House for example. You never see pictures of Charlie with his kids at all, I doubt he even sees them! He's the one into drugs and hookers, if all denise did was sleep with her ex-friend's man, they she's an angel compared to his misdoings. I think she's a good mom and her kids are in the best hands they can be.

Why does everyone pick on Denise so much? Seriously…celebrities have their kids on reality shows all the time, not just her and celebrities sell pictures of their newborn children for tons and tons of money, why only pick on her for showing her kids on her reality show? Spotlight or not…divorce for any child is hard. Children suffer the most. They always somehow blame themselves. The girls are in counseling which will help.
I only wish Charlie and Denise could both be adult enough to be their best for the girls and get along. It seems to me that Denise does have the girls best interest at heart. It can take years for divorced people to get over the anger, hate & frustration. I watch Denise's show & the girls are not on camera & exploited. They are seen at the minimum, which was a great decision. Denise is trying to repair her tarnished image which I applaud her for that. At least she is speaking out. For the record she is not an attention whore, all the mags are work…income. I hope soon to see her on primetime or in some movies.
