Mommy Angelina Jolie and the Wonder Twins are all in excellent health but are still cooped up in the hospital.
Angie, who gave birth this past Saturday, will reportedly stay put for another few days.
A hospital spokesperson said, "After a C-section, the normal stay for a mother in the Lenval hospital is between eight and 10 days…And I'm not sure what day she will be leaving. Only when Dr. Sussmann is completely satisfied that she is in good health and fully recovered from the C-section."
A source says that Jolie's doctor knows that she'll try to do too much and that a few days of rest will do her good. "Angelina has four young and lively children at home, and he suspects the temptation to get up out of bed and play with them will overwhelm her," says the source. "He knows how much she misses the other children, but he feels that she will benefit from a few extra days' rest. They're being very well cared for."

They neeed a total of 6 nannies so each child can have a nanny cause both of them are to full of themselves to take care of any child. When my mom had me in the 60's she stayed for a week. When I had a c section in the 90's I stayed for 4 nights. Things have changed in the US too.

Brad left her to live his dream. Personally, I am stunned by the beauty of Shiloh and I think having older brothers and an older sister will keep her grounded. I'm an American living in Belgium (which shares a very similar healthcare system with France) and I am due to give birth in September. If I have a regular birth with no complications, my hospital stay will be a minimum of 5 days. If I have a C-section, I was told that I will stay 8-10 days. It's just the way they do things here.

Oh, please!!! Women stay in the hospital on the average of 3 days after a c-section. They don't keep you in the hospital just because you have other children at home! My 2nd and 4th children were delivered via c-section, and I went home within 48 hours so I could be with my family. Holie & Pitt are so self-absorbed they need so much special attention and pampering; they are not even raising their children on their own. How many nannies & helpers do they have???? They need to grow up & get over themselves!

It is called major abdominal surgery. It hurts and regarding the amount of blood that is lost during it is very important. I fought to get out of the hospital after 3 days and regretted it after getting home. I applaud the doctor for having her or making her stay longer. I don't have a nanny or other help and sent my husband to work the next day and spent the next two hours trying to make a bowl of oatmeal. Try to stand up or lie down. Unless you do it in the right combination of moves you sort of get stuck.
How the fuck are they wonder twins?! They're just another couple of bastards who's parents are arseholes. That's if they are Pittstain's anyway!
At least the Europeans have more sense when it comes to keeping women and the baby in the hospital longer than here in the US. It's only 4 or 5 days for a C-section here! It's ridiculous with the drive-thru deliveries here in the States. I bet Brad Whipped is totally frazzled, being at home with the 4 brats. Unless he has the army of nannies, cooks and assistants there at his beck and call.
Please, she had the twins weeks ago and is recovering from the plastic surgery now. Are we to believe her life, with ALL OF THAT HIRED HELP, would really put a strain on her recovery? If she didn't want all this attention, Pitt surely has the $$ to set-up a hospital suite with nurses in that hideous over-priced castle they are living in but Pitt knows that one thing essential to Angelina's life, aside from oxygen, IS ATTENTION.

I was out of the hospital in 3 days with my c-section. And it's not becasue they are rich that they get to stay in the hospital, health care is FREE in France. DUH! In France the government also sends a nanny to your house for free for the first 2 weeks you are home with the babies just so you can have time to yourself.
I adore that Brangelina are getting dual citizenship for their children, having them born in foreign countries… and I get the having Shilo born in Africa to bring awareness to it's poor nations… but who the hell in France needs awareness????
How about have your baby in USA and tell everyone that they kick new mothers out of the hosiptal after a c-section after 2 or 3 days??? I had my daughter by emergency c-section and I was sent home after 48 hours to care for a newborn… with a 10" hole across my belly. My incision got infected, I got sick and had to go back to the hospital… and do what with my newborn daughter?????? And I HAVE INSURANCE

Normal stay in the US for a c-section is 3 days, I know I've had 2, my staples were removed and I was shipped home within 72 hours! Damn it would have been nice to get a few more days rest!
