Don't take the picture at face value. They've been pampered and spoiled since birth and their mother probably said NO when they whined for a toy inside the store. My son always had that face on when we left some establishment, his face all twisted up because he couldn't have what he wanted. Like it was the worse possible thing in the world….I am pretty sure that is what has happened here - and people jump to the wrong conclusions!!

The only thing wrong with that picture is her oldest is still sucking her thumb and carrying around that blanket…She should be way over that, I see braces in her future…Kids hold on to things like that when they are not happy…And for those of you that say oh poor her, she is raising the two kids by herself, she is doing that by choice. She is going to court forcing the father, that wants to be involved, out of her kids life…she is one selfish, stuck up, husband stealing media whore and she deserves everything that comes to her…I feel sorry for those two girls any mother who trashes the father of her children in public doesnt deserve to be a mother, the kids are just window dressing and pawns for her.

On her show, Denise seems to be very attentive to her children but you wouldn't see that because you want to be evil and make ignorant comments about her. I think it's a shame. Until you get married and have children and then divorce, don't talk about it because you don't know how difficult it is.

Have you ever shopped with toddlers? Here is the deal. They bitch, whine and moan until you either buy them something, pay attention to them or leave. She is doing nothing wrong and neither are the kids. When kids are bored, that is how they deal, by crying so they can leave. When you have something legitimate to complain about her as far as being a mother, like something like partakes of hookers and porn like the other parent, then let us know, but until then, leave her and the kids alone.

In defense of Denise (gasp) I don't think she looks fat at all. Just normal and curvy-better than starved, flat granny ass. Real women have curvy thighs, hips and ass people!!! That being said, she still probably called the paps to photograph her with her kids and I don't believe that woman can read. I think it is so funny here, all the bad parenting skills from Perez readers are showing. If your kid whines and acts up in a store because he/she can't have a toy or candy, and you cannot control that behavior, you are a bad parent. When I was a child, I WOULDN'T HAVE DARED to act up in a store like this. If my mother or father said no, I knew they meant it, and I behaved. If I didn't, I would be punished when I got home. It wasn't severe punishment but enough to keep me in line. Too bad most parents these days don't seem to know anything about discipline. They try to reason with their children instead of using discipline. Children throwing temper tantrums is NOT okay!!!
Charlie was right. These kids should not have been exposed to a reality TV show. Even if they aren't depicted onscreen that much, they are still ON THE SET as someone else mentioned and frankly, kids aren't stupid. They pick up on things going on in their environment. This CANNOT be good for them, but selfish Denise doesn't care, because for Denise it's all about ME, ME, ME.
I think Charlie Sheen is a great father, and he has turned his life around. He LOVES his kids far more than Denise, in my opinion. He has a lot of dirt on Denise that he has chosen NOT to give to the media but rather to present to the courts because he wants to avoid the media circus as much as possible. Of course, sometimes he HAS to defend himself.

I watch her show and unless its really good acting i thinks she's a funny, likeabe person. I think she is really down to earth and has just gone through some really bad shit in the past couple of years and has had the glory{:(} of it all being on tv and in magazines. I don't stick up for alot of people but i generally am a good judge of charectar and i think she's a sweetheart.
And if u've never been in public and your kid starts crying than she's not the weird one u r. i'm a mom of three and someones always crying 4 something!!!:)

Geez, Perez, ALL kids have tantrums and meltdowns! They were probably just in need of a nap or a snack (or both). It doesn't have a thing in the world to do with Denise or her parenting skills. ALL toddlers and young children act like this. I'd probably react the same way as the girls (and I'm a 25 year-old nurse!) if I were constantly being followed around by a mob of strange people carrying cameras and camcorders 24/7, who are always yelling out questions and pushing each other around, trying to get the "best" shot of the bunch! That can be pretty scary for a young child.
