amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing
I thought this movie was beyond brilliant. The whole time I was on the edge of my seat. And Heath Ledgers performance was excellent. He deserves the Oscar most definitley. I believe everyone should go see this movie.
The Joker is who he is. He wasn't meant to necessarily have extreme growth. Everyone's meant to be hung up on how CRAZY he is. Heath Ledger MADE that character. He embraced it head-on! I was kind of sad not to see more of him in the movie, and when I did see him, I had goosebumps! It was very surreal. As far as Maggie goes, she was good, but she wasn't spectacular. I did like the emotion she gave. I agree about this movie being more about Harvey Dent than anyone else. That made me a little disappointed about the time spent on him. Also, a little too long. If you are going to make a movie all about Dent, and not Batman or The Joker, then don't make it 2 and a half hours long. I probably wouldn't have minded it being that long if there was more action and Joker and just…something else to the movie. So yeah, that's my opinion.
If u caught Dark Knight to see Heath Ledger u'll be disappointed, there's not a trace of the actor, he IS THE JOKER. What a fuking LEGACY. He STOLE EVERY SINGL SCENE he was in… & u MISSED HIM in the scenes he was absent. u wanted development? Dont u see? The Joker is one of THE most COMPLEX villians EVER, BECAUSE he just IS nuts! Youre conditioned to think money drives crooks, or some fucked up childhood..the Joker seems to do it for th simple JOY of it…maybe just maybe a really low expectation of the human race. that's why he kept "testing" people…to show we all have the potential to be crazy when we're being selfish. I dont know if u're a fan of the graphic novels/comic books, But Chritopher Nolan is WAY respectful of these charaters..I went with a group of 6, some hardcore fans of the comics, some not at all. We were ALL totally BlOWN AWAY. Comic books take themselves VERY seriously, the stories are often way darker than the Saturday mornig cartoons that attempt to portray them…there IS huge character development and GROWTH…for Batman, for Gordon, for Twoface…on that note, the interacting of all the key characters is FANTASTIC-totally natural. I think this film surpased all the hype.
Re: balls – Just because he didn't like it as much as you did doesn't mean he has less brains! We all have diffrent opinions!
i thought that heath was excellent … he truly scared me in the film
the movie was overall entertaining.. about 40 min too long but worthseeing
Perez,
You are so into yourself. Who really gives a rats ass what you think? Your still a fat busted queen. Props on the nails.
IF YOU WANT TO SEE A MOVIE WITH EVERYTHING YOU SAIDN THIE ONE DIDNT HAVE, I SUGGEST ALLL HOMOS STICK TO ”RENT”…OR WESTSIDE STORY…ARE THOSE 2 GAY ENOUGH FOR YOU?
BATMAN IS A FUCKING COMIC BOOK HERO MOVIE AND HOMOS HAVE NO BUSINESS COMMENTING ON IT. YOU HOMOS LEAVE THE STRAIGHT PEOPLES GENRE ALONE…..WHAT? DIDNT BATMAN HAVE A LARGE ENOUGH COD PIECE TO KEEP YR INTEREST? GO WATCH BIRDCAGE OR SOMETHING..MM…KKK?
As for Heath, if gets that Oscar nod it'll be for no other reason than because his performance is truly worthy of the honor. I think Utook yourself TOO serious as a reviewer…ironically. so disappointed with your review but u're in the minority…
I completely agree with you Perez! I couldn't have said it any better!!!!
Please don't ever post a review again. Leave that to the professionals. You sound like a idiot trying to review a film.
Re: Alynn – Unless I missed something Two Face is dead.
Re: Fucktard – Thats not right! He does this for the worlds intertainment! He loves doing this! But some people can't handle someone else being happier than them so they make fun! Don't listen to anyone like this Perez and keep doing what you love to do and what you're good at!
I absolutely LOVED the film and thought Heath made it. It was incredibly done. Heath Ledger deserves an award for this one.
The Dark Knight IS the best movie EVER made!. The characters were developed in the first movie and the Joker was not given such development because he is anarchy. Sometimes there is just evil in the world and that is what the joker is.
I bet if that whore Angelina Jolie had been in it you would have loved it.
Screw the movie lets talk about YOU! You look fabulous!! I wanna some of what you've got!!
COMPLETELY AGREE!!! HEATH ROCKED IT BUT MAGGIE SHOULD CRAWL IN A HOLE AND DIE, AND BRING KATIE HOLMES WITH HER.
the movie is true to the comic, i mean how much characther development do you want, the batman was done in he begins movie, and the joker is amazing because they dont waste time on explaining why he is like that, he is just crazy and genius.
The point is is you are a kid you want to see spiderman but if youre a grown up or a teenagers what youre looking for is batman.
To me the best movie of the series by far and the best of the year.
i loved it…wish it could have been intensified with an R rating though.
What are your credentials as a movie critic? You sound like a dumb ass.
I thought the movie was great. I loved it and I thought all the characters were great. Heath Ledger was awesome in it.
it was katie holmes in the last batman movie, not nicole kidman
Re: ChillyDown –
AMEN!
What are your credentials as a film critic? You sound like a dumb ass.
Though I adore you, Perez, you are off base with this movie. It was dark, thrilling, and hypnotic! Loved the film. I hope that if they produce a 3rd film, that they maintain this same level of relevant scariness. I loved the metaphors for our own war on terror - it not only entertained, but it made me think. Bravo!
overall, a great film. HOWEVER, my only gripes were that it was becoming on the long, drawn out side. I didnt like how harvey dent took over the movie. Christian Bale was sexy and a great Batman. buttttt. LEDGER MADE THE MOVIE. You wanted to see more of the joker as the movie went on. def. a must see but dont get your hopes too high
saw it last night, completely amazing. ledger stole the show from bale…absolutely deserving of an Oscar nomination, if not a win. One of the best movies I have EVER seen.
Perez, I don'think we we saw the same movie last night I saw Dark Knight what the heck were you watching. The movie had incdedible WOW factor.
First I would take Maggie G's acting over Katie anyday. All The characters played beautifully together. AND Heath Ledger gave the Jokers role a whole new level. The action and the constant little twists in the movie were spot on.
Go see it again and this time watch the movie, instead of thinking about what you want to present on your site,
I completely disagree w/ u as well Perez… I think that the movie was beautifully acted. You are right to say that the movie wasn't really about Batman this time–this time it was about MORALITY and human corruptibility. At the end of the film Batman, the ever incorruptible hero, became the fall guy for Gotham City, b/c that's what they needed him to be in order to preserve their hope. This isn't supposed to be a superhero movie in my opinion b/c Batman is *not* a superhero. He doesn't have super-powers (unless u count his infallible sense of justice and good), he is a masked vigilante, a step above a regular man b/c he never, under any circumstances, loses his sense of right and wrong where most–like the EXTREMELY 3-Dimensional Harvey Dent–would fall and become villainous.
lost in amazement and wonder and magic? i'm sorry but, harry potter doesnt come out will november. it's not suppose to be fun, its suppose to be dark. heath was a supporting character, the joker is a CRAZY person. there was no changing him. he was just crazy. the fact that heath engulfed himself in the joker and truly became him is incredible in itself. you do learn a little more about the joker in the scene where him and batman have their exchange in words. maggie did not suck as much as katie homes. as for harvey dent, im surprised you thought it was "his movie". you've got to be kidding me. why because his character changes? ha!
R rated version to make it more real? are you kidding? you should know, to make big bucks they have to bring in the 13-17 year olds. they have the most disposable income.
I've seen it twice, once at the opening Midnight show and again on Friday night at 6:30. I was shocked at the film. It was as dark as the great Graphic Novels. I really liked it and think it was the best Batman movie of all. If I do have any complaint I could have used a little more Joker, just like Bruce Dickinson could have used more cowbell. He is my favorite Batman villain of all-time and more Joker would have been super. Other than that I recommend it to all, although I do think really little kids (5-8) will be very scared at some points in the film. If you like Batman or you like good movies with great acting the Dark Knight is for you. 4.5 out of 5. Peace!
I thought the movie was fucking awesome! Maggie was the dead weight of the movie, and Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman were underplayed. But when you have a large group of great actors, sacrafices must be made. Overall LOVED that movie!
I actually agree with Perez on this one - i left feeling the movie coulda been a lot more. Ledger was great with what he was given and i definitely think he should get at least a nomination but as a whole this movie was kinda meh for me.
i think you didn't love it because you didn't want to love it. if you don't allow yourself to get lost in the film, you wont. it's that simple.
Perez, after watching your video… I really couldn't disagree more. I was really expecting more from this movie.
I know this is Heath's last movie and all (and don't get me wrong I LOVE HEATH and his movies) but I just was expecting
so much more depth to his role and all I got was this almost flat role. It really didn't play Heath to his full potential,
and that is what I was looking for and I went into the theatre thinking that this is Heath's last performance. But I left with
this empty couldn't care-less feeling besides the fact that my legs had gone numb by this point. I agree with you, and I also believe that no matter what you do make it the pinnacle of what you choose. Make it the best I’ve ever seen of that type, hanging on the seat or every word. If it was suppose to be about
action make it gruesome, if it was suppose to be this long-talking movie — Then make prairie home companion. Because for god's
sake, whatever you do make it something to remember.
have you ever noticed that you are speaking like spencer pratt? the way you use your words and pronounce them
Ok, I do agree w/ya that Maggie G. has to friggin go! She is absolutely horrible in this film…i mean it makes no sense that Bruce Wayne would want that non-sexual being when he could have anyone and why the f@#$ would these men fight over her? No fffin way! But I do disagree w/ya on the film…it was awesome and hello Perezzy…its called the DARK night for a reason…the story is dark! It isnt supposed to be cartoony and light and bubbly. There doesnt need to be much of a backstory on the characters because they wernt thru all that w/Batman Begins back in '05. I hate disagreeing w/ya but this was the best Batman so far…and that's the truth. Christian B rocked that shit, Heath will get an Oscar nod for this role and I cant wait for the next 1
I will agree with you when you say it needed more ACTION!! But overall I loved it and Heath did an AMAZING JOB!! I do diagree about Harvey, I didnt like his charater, they could've chosen a better person for that role!! But overall I'd give it an 3 outta 4 stars!!!
I completely agree 100 % w/Perez. That movie…I liked it, but I didn't LOVE it, like every single 4 star review said I would. I don't even know if I'd see it again! Heath's performance deserves every accolade it's been getting, but he didn't have very much screen time! And at the end we didn't even get to see what happened to the Joker!! Did he die? Get arrested? Christian Bale's performance was LAME, probably b/c he had a lame script. Michael Caine & Morgan Freeman were underused. Maggie Gyllenhall was MISCAST. So that's my take! xoxo
I have never disagreed with you Perez but:
1.Heath was flawless
2. His character is supposed to be mysterious
3. You were right about Maggie
Completely agree w/Perez! Heath Ledger was not given enough screen time, & the characters had like zero character development. And Maggie Gyllenhall was VERY miscast!!
Re: Heath – I agree Heath.
walked out after 1st hour.
it was a freakin' bore.
heath rocked tho.
So my friends and I went last night to see it as well. We got there at 9:30 hoping to get into the 10:30 show. haha what a joke, the line was rediculous so we stood in line for the 11pm show, which as u know the movie is really long so after previews and all that jazz we didn't get out till 1:45am! I found myself bored at the begining of the film, I found the chineese dude was a pointless character, I don't even remember his name. The scene with the joker and the money burning, again a pointless scene. I think Heath did a great job as the joker, he was one of the best characters in the movie. I think there was some inner conflict with Batman wanting to reveal himself. I didn't like how Harvey suddenly became a killer. Boo on that. And the killing of Rachael could have been done better. Her character was completley boring.
Best scene was when the two boats were trying to decide who should die, I think it was the most real part of the film. When the movie ended I found myself with one question…what?
do you know anything about Batman, in general? it doesn't seem like it.
I'll agree with Perez that I really liked the film, but did not love it, however, this is not the genre of movie I typically like. For me to say I really liked it is a lot. I do think that Perez's comment about there being no development to Ledger's character misses the point of the Joker. The Joker kills and tortures just for the hell of it. The lack of inner turmoil or any development of his character shows that he is not a normal emotional person. The only point that I felt there was any kind of hint into his character is when he puts the explosives on the ferry boats. It seems that he is so completely disenchanted wtih humans that he assumes they will blow each other up. This would hint that there is something in the past that has caused him to feel this way about people. Anyhow, my point is that the lack of inner turmoil and guilt within the Joker shows how dark and twisted he is.
It was amazing. Plain and simple. I really respect you Perez, but I think you are off on this review. The characters were great, including Heath- he was actually phenomenal. Sorry Perez, but you are hands down wrong with that review.
You look AMAZING though. Keep up the great work.
I saw this movie at midnight and thought that it was AMAZING. I loved Heath Ledger as the Joker, thought he was the best Joker in any of the previous batman movies (ha, Jack Nicholson) I didn't like the ending too much, thought that it could've been way better and a new movie could have come out of it, but whatever… I'm sure if they do make another one, it will be sweet.
….i listened to your thoughts.. I havent seen it yet.. but my comment is that… you talked about no depth of characters…
DID U EVEN SEE BATMAN BEGINS!?!?!??????!!!!!
That gives you every little thing you need to know about almost all of the characters.. such as batman!!! so.. maybe you should have seen the FIRST ONE before even talking shit about this one.
i disagree this movie was AMAZING and so were all the actors. p/s you look like spencer pratt in that video!!
I thought it was AMAZING. We saw it last night and were totally impressed! Heath gave an amazing performance as the Joker!
Re: Maria –
gyllenhaal was ten times better as Rachel…Katie Holmes is an awful actress.
i completely disagree with him, the movie was incredible. it was supposed to be dark. def one of the best movies i have seen in a LONG time. and Heath gave prob one of the best performances i have ever seen, he creeped me the fuck out.
the joker wasn't supposed to have any character development. chris nolan said himself that he wanted to present the character as absolute.
Also how can you say that there was no character development? were you watching the movie at all? Harvey Dent develops a TON in this movie. how else would he have become two-face?
no inner turmoil? dent - the pressure his job puts on him and his relationship with rachel. gordon - protecting his family. alfred - deciding whether or not to tell bruce certain things. lucius - trying to justify why he does what he does for bruce and for what reasons. bruce - trying to decide who he wants to be. and the reason the joker doesn't have any turmoil is because he is a sadist and, as i mentioned before, absolute.
as for fun, it's not supposed to be fun. it's not supposed to be for kids. its supposed to be dark. this isn't a joel schumacher or tim burton movie. this isn't adam west as batman. this isn't a nostalgic, campy batman movie. its a serious movie with as much realism as possible. as as for making it R. this is a blockbuster. making it R would obviously restrict many people from going who would have otherwise gone. hollywood is a business, and businesses are about making profits.
if you couldn't tell already, i liked it a lot better than you did. also, i think the amazing score is definitely worth a mention.
I disagree with some things you said in your review. first, about the characters heath leger was TOO into character and i loved it. i feel if your going to play such a dark, scary, schizophrenic clown who kills for joy you have to be completely into that. The whole entire movie i didnt see Heath in it once. All i kept thinking was man this guy really nailed it on the head with this performance. everywhere from the laugh to the crazy twits he would do. ANYWAYS!! you are right about that sucky ass star who is just a complete shadow of her brother. she was completly stoic the whole film. when they killed her off she had no fear in that scene. Maybe it was because she was surrounded by other great actors but she sucked. Harvey dent turning into two face was INCREDIBLE. and then he died 3 scenes later. wtf? they could have made a trilogy out of that. but two faces reasoning for evil sucked. "oh they killed rachel." very pointless and if he is as good as he said he was he would never even think of revenge like that. Cristian Bail sucked. sorry i love him but he did a terrible job. I felt like all he did was fight. no story line with him. The movie all together though was kick ass and i plan on seeing it one more time.
Perez, my ziz and I

ahhhhhhhhh perez! i totally agree with EVERYTHING u said!… (except for the part about maggie… i love her haha) but yeah no i came out of that movie a little disappointed and feeling a little shotdown… i think i got my hopes up wayyyyyyyyy too high… i remember after watching transformers i wanted 2 hop right back into the theatre and watch it again… after this movie all i wanted 2 go was go home and be depressed… but thats just me…
Perez , as always your usually wrong, this movie was fantastic, by far the best picture of the summer.
Heath WAS the movie! Anyone who doesn't get this is retarded. But, it was still great all around; Harvey was perfect, glad to see his character done justice, Maggie was a terrific replacement, much better than wooden/lame Katie Holmes, everyone had more humor but also more drama– and the action kicked fucking ass!!!! But Heath still made it ;-p Insanely perfect take on Joker's darkest side, ambiguous and crazy and ruthless just like the comics at their best. Exceeded all my expectations. Best movie of the year!
def. was an amazing movie and i thought heath ledgers performance was impeccable
Good review P I decided not to see it
CB is a smokin hot actor and loaded with talent. Just love him to death. Love his different accents in his movies.I hope TDK breaks Titanic record for highest grossing movie(I know it's a bit too much to say this but i\'m still hoping).
OMG it's that all i can say. It was amazing i'm from Venezuela and i saw it yesterday Heath i love it, he perform the joker complete. I was lost in the movie i love it the dark and deep of the movie and all happened very fast i wanna see it again like 3 times. batman more real. maggie not so well. Again heath amazing you belive that he was really crazy. he was just in the character. Nonono you need to see it again
I have to agree with Perez about this one.
I liked the film, but I wasn´t blown away like with Batman Begins; I think there was toooo much hype created around it and around Heath ´s charachter and for me it didn´t live up to its expectations. It´s a great piece of entertainment, but that´s it. Heath is great, but not mind blowing as I was hoping, I agree with Perez that there wasn´t much development to the charachters, except for Harvey Dent, he was the best for me. Hated M.Gylenhaal and that stupid voice of hers. Christian Bale also wasn´t given the chance to show how well he can play that charachter (as in Batman Begins), and the Joker, for me, again wasn´t mind blowing, I was expecting something new, but it´s pretty much the same, with the smeared make up, the hysterical laugh, to call it the best villain portrayal of all times, as many critics have, is a bit of a strech for me.
The movie lacked action sequences in my view; it was waaay to long; I´m not saying it´s a bad film, but you go into the cinema expecting something and in the end it doesn´t deliver.
The best for me was Aaron Eckhart, he played Harvey Dent brilliantly, at first all for good and then going mad because the love of his life is killed.
That´s it, it´s my humble opinion, so don´t get carried away and start slamming my head, everyone has the right to have an opinion and it´s cool if we disagree. Batman Begins is still waaaay better.
idk, i dont think batman &
fighting crime is supposed
to be 'fun'
:|
Oh, and I didn't watch your fat ass' take on the movie, because I can tell from the comments it would just annoy me. Why ruin a perfect experience? Perez, STFU, not everything can be a gay old time, ok? This movie is for action-lovers and comic fans. Go see Mamma Mia! or something.
No one cares what you think, meth-face!
Way too long!!!! Ledger was great but the movie was just ok.
Loved it! Heath Ledger was AMAZING! He intrigued me and scared me to death! Christian Bale was HOT! as usual. If you haven't seen this movie GO!!
you're an idiot Mario
i thought it was pretty good. way too long though
Hey Perezito-
Te ves super bien!!!!!
I understand your points, but I feel like there's some things in there that need to be addressed.
The Joker not "developing" was done on purpose in order to make him more "absolute" in Nolan's own words. Him being like that from the beginning till the end is meant to make you fear him more because you dont understand him, because he's not "human", because he's not unwavering. Which I think is very very effective, in the sense that everyone fears him. Even the worst mobsters there can tell something is wrong. He was tremendously frightening.
Christian Bale, amazing as Batman… Heath Ledger took it home as the Joker, WOW!! You can tell that he really was deep into the character which more actors should try to do!!
The movie totally lived up to my expecations. Absolutely incredible!! I can't wait until it comes out on DVD so I watch it over and over again!!
You'd better believe they re-edited the entire film to revolve around Dent once Heath Ledger died.
Aaron Eckhart surprised me as well. He was fantastic. He was probably the best, right after Ledger. Maggie disappointed me. But I think it has to do with the fact that she's not good in roles where she has to be the "damsel in distress". And she's actually too good of an actor to do this type of small and insignificant role.
I think your argument on character development might be a little unbased, because you can see for example Bruce Wayne/Batman, who has grown up and matured so much since Batman Begins. It's like, try not to think of this as a sequel, but more of a continuation. And then you can see how much he's grown.
Perez is going to piss a lot of people off with his less than stellar review, and to that I say, WELL DONE, Mario! All the readers who've been sayin' Perez has been pimpin' for this flick can officially shut their gobs!
Call 'um as you see 'um, Perez, it's what made your blog so popular in the first place. Some people still appreciate your brutal honesty and irreverence for all things Hollywood!
The darker aspect of this movie is great, I feel. What Nolan is doing is taking the pulp fiction and making it move. Batman is SUPER dark, and I think we've been poisoned to think it's not through the years. And also, in the end, the roots of this movie is a superhero, but it goes WAY behond superhero-supervillain…which makes it that much more incredible.
Anyway, you look great!
DARK KNIGHT= BEST movie ive seen in a long time.
i absolutely LOVED it.
Heather Ledger was really able to bring out the dark/ sinister side of Joker and sometimes it scares me, a lot. He was outstanding!
i wish the plot could have been more focused. I felt like some parts of the movie, story got a little side-tracked. Like they were trying to squeeze a lot of stories in the movie. overall, it's still good.
loved it saw it twice
PEREZ!!!!!! i loved the movie! i honestly think it's the best movie i've seen in a loooong time! and yes, i agree about the death scenes and that it was more about Harvy than Batman, but i think in my personal opinion, Heath's character was supposed to be exactly how he was. because they said something about how some people just want to see the word burn… oh and even with Heath's make-up, he looked sexy to me! my friend was sitting beside me and every time i saw him -(even during the creepy parts) i was gasping cause he looked oh so yummy! i guess i'm weird… lol.
Perez, YOU SUCK DIRTYYYYY ASSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Re: Heath – I completely agree.
You hit it right on the money. Too dark, too long, too much story. 100 percent agreed.
Heath Ledger good. Movie was a C+. Batman's "Dirty Hairy" voice stupid. Movie way way way too long and it was a beating. Way too overhyped.
no "wow" factor?! well that's bullshit. if you have seen any (or all) of the other batman movies, you would know that The Dark Knight had more WOW than all of the others put together. I never wanted this movie to end because I was so captivated! Heath's performance stole the show, and not simply because he died. Everyone wanted to see what he would do next. The Joker could not have been portrayed any better. I think the majority of us agree when we say the movie was amazing. You are the only person who seems to find it unsatisfactory.
No.
i loveeedddd it!!!!!!
I see what you mean about no development of characters, but in the case of The Joker, I think some of the scare and/or mystery would have left his character if there was explanation or history or any growth.
For example, I'm not sure if you've ever seen Rob Zombie's Halloween (if you haven't, don't watch it - horrible), but they explain why Michael came to be the psychopath he is and, instead of making him more scary, it made the viewer feel for the character - not what you're trying to get from a major movie killer.
I liked the movie a lot, but Christian Bale still sucks. Ha.
WOW you look great.. Keep it up
I think you should update the pic on your page and show a new fierce PEREZ. Cant wait to see the movie.
I loved it! It had just a little of everything to make a cinematic concoction that will please a lot of viewers =) Heath Ledger does an amazing job
loved it!! gotta disagree with you on this one perez.
TOTALLY 150% agree with you.It was just alright, it was def. good but missing something. Heth although did great wasnt amazing to me and i think jack nicholse made much better joker.
i thought the dark knight was one of the best movies ever! ledger and bale were incredible! i thought it had the wow factor thst perez said was lacking
Yo! I actually completely agree with Perez… I feel so guilty for not being head over heels but your right. It was more the writting than the acting. I thought the acting was great from everyone but Harvey and Rachel… I think they both sucked… thanks for the honesty!
Are u crazy perez? that movie was awesome! I loved the whole Dark Factor. I'm tired of seeing Super hero movies that have this like happy factor. I loved the way Christopher Nolan put this movie 2gether! I loved it! Heath stole the show. Maggie Gyllengal did better than Katie Holmes. The movie was filmed here in my hometown and I liked pointing out the places I knew. I seen it in IMAX too and UR CRAZY THE MOVIE WAS GREAT! Did u see batman begins? Because I think if u did u would've known what to expect from this one.
why do you talk like you're retarded. stop over-enunciating every syllable..u're like the only person who wasn't wowed by the action scenes. the truck flipping scene was amazing and heath was just fuckin' scary.
Batman isnt a super hero! he is a normal guy that kicks ass
i didn't really like Batman Begins but this movie was AMAZING!! Heath Ledger was UNBELIEVABLE! It was very long and that would be my only gripe. Maggie Gyllenhal was awful, i can think of many other actresses that could've done that part better. But overall, I lovedddd it!
