wow-this is a mess. in this modern world if a woman has medical problems and has to be creative about getting a child—why lie about it? She was on a plane a couple of days before the birth, took a full on yoga class hours before the birth and looks like this days after the birth–it's nothing to be ashamed about-getting a child any way you can, but there was always something not quite right about her pregnancy and still doing BOTOX!
She looks like Keith's granny. Damn! Where's a photoshop artist when you need one?!
i dont believe she was pregnant. I think they adopted.
Maybe she used a surrogate or something, because no women I know would wear white pants a couple weeks after giving birth, you bleed like a stuck pig for weeks afterward!
This is a total conspiracy! Doesn't anybody remember that the reaon why Tom and Nicole adopted is because they said they were unable to have kids? Then after they get divorced they both go off and have "biological" childern. Nicole looked 4 months pregnant throughout her whole "pregnancy", then she "gives birth" and looks exactly they same way she did a few short months ago? I say bullshit.. something smells fishy and it's not just her firecrotch!
- Some people do not gain a lot of weight during their pregnancies. I think that's been well established. Those of us that are sick 8 out of the 9 months know what I'm talking about. It was a disappointment to not crave anything.
- Not everyone bleeds a lot afterwards so your wardrobe color choice isn't an issue. And yes, like it or not, some of us are able to get back into our size 2 within a couple of weeks.
- Not everyone is bed-ridden after a c-section so having coffee with your friends after 9 months of pregnancy shouldn't be a big deal. I was walking the day after both of my c-sections.
- MOST people do not take their newborns out in public so why should we expect Nicole Kidman to let us see her real, live baby and expose her to germs and not to mention the heat just so all you haters out there will believe she really has a baby!

That's so spooky! My aunt is a medium and about two months ago I went to see her and I happened to be carrying a magazine with Nicole Kidman's pregnancy in it. My aunt doesn't have a TV and never goes to the cinema. When she saw the picture she said, "she faking it." That's all she said and then we went on to talk about other things. It's so wierd that other people now think that Nicole Kidman was never pregnant. That's so damned freaky!!!
I used to strip for a living and I've seen girls back at work just weeks after giving birth. They use a little product called TAMPAX. And to those who have things to say about Tom and her never able to have kids, ect. There is such as thing called unexplained infertility. That is when the males sperm count is within normal limits and the woman is ovulating with open tubes. Everything looks to be in good working order but conception does not occur. It's a medical mystery that even makes the heads of doctors spin. Perhaps Tom & Nicole's bodies made too much of a hostile environment for conceiving. It happens. Sometimes a change of partners is all it takes to conceive (think of sperm banks and egg donors).
I think she was really pregnant. Perhaps she did IVF like J.LO and Angelina.

you're not a "HOG" if you gain some extra weight when pregnant! EVERYONE does! and *most* women still look flabby in the stomach area for a couple weeks after giving birth. Then, if you kept yourself in super good shape, you will go back to your pre-birth size. I would bet my life nicole kidman was never pregnant– she always looked like it was a fake belly, how come she was so small for so long and then all of a sudden looked more pregnant? She never got as huge as a real pregnancy would have been though. I'm sure she had a surrogate. She can't have children naturally, duh. What a psycho though to go through this whole scam. Some women bleed only slightly after childbirth, whilst others due to hormones and other factors will bleed for weeks after a birth, requiring medical intervention such as hormone replacement or in some cases surgical. As for a mother being slim after birth, Nicole Kidman is tall, slim and through her genes she is lucky to return to her pre pregnancy weight. Her sister Antonia Kidman is well known in Australia, has had 4 kids and gained hardly any weight with any of them. Antonia Kidman was also attending events within a week of giving birth to her 4th child Sybilla in figure hugging evening gear (lucky bugger). So I think people need to take all this in consideration before they jump to conclusions that Nicole Kidman was never pregnant. Whilst Nicole Kidman was pregnant, we got pictures of her snapped at the beach and in gym gear clearly showing her bare rounded pregnant stomach. These recent pictures also show her with larger breasts compared to her non existent buxom, so she does have the markings of a woman who has just given birth. However it wouldn't matter if a video was released of Nicole Kidman giving birth, people would still say it was fake….

The comments saying Nicole and Tom couldn't have a child together so that means she never gave birth that is absolutely ridiculous. Some people have failed to successfully have children together, but gone on to new partners and managed to have a successful pregnancy. Sometimes this can be due to environment or for whatever reason a lack of hormonal and chemistry compatibility between the parents in order for a embryo to successfully 'implant' and go to full term. To be honest I think Nicole Kidman had a lucky escape in not having a biological child with Tom Cruise as she would never see the child again. Her contact with her adoptive children has been kept to a minimum as they have 'education' to focus on. Thankfully they are now getting to an age where they are close to becoming adults and making their own decisions and life ? maybe away from scientology. At least they were lucky to have a life balanced against scientology with Nicole Kidman and attended mainstream school and the catholic church until the last couple of years. However a lot of people forget that and wrongly assume they were programmed into scientology from birth.

OMG some of you people are SO dumb. Women still have a belly after pregnancy NOT because they are fat and/or gained weight, but because their uterus stretched out. It doesn't go back to being normal size right after you give birth, it takes a little while. Even if you are a toothpick your uterus has stretched to accomodate the baby.

I just cannot believe that people are still debating on whether Nicole Kidman was pregnant or not. It is pretty much an open secret in Australia that IVF was used to conceive the Kidman/Urban baby and when leaks of the medical files and the ultrasound were given by a Sydney hospital, the lawyers put a quick stop to leaks by threatening breaches of the Privacy Act in Australia. That is why Nicole Kidman did not remain in Australia to give birth due to breaches in privacy and security. Like Britney Spears and Farrah Fawcett had their medical files snooped into, unfortunately Nicole Kidman suffered the same fate here. As in the past with having her Sydney home bugged and pestered by photographers Nicole Kidman had no choice but to leave. Nashville apparently has respected their privacy and allowed them the joy of having a child in peace without leaks to the media. Shame on our Aussie media for what they did!!!!! For those people who still think a surrogate was used - use your commonsense. A person would not be in the US to hide a surrogate birth as your media is worse than ours and the 'adoption' from the birth mother would have been all over the internet within hours of the birth.

my belly went back to its original shape, and there wasn't any extra weight to lose… Mind you, I was in excellent shape… Now is a different story, i have a little bit of a belly now, and if I were to get pregnant now, I would have to lose weight when the baby came…..
