Milka is a danger to everyone on the track. If she were sportsmanlike at all, she would concede and quit racing. Additionally, she is pretty "busted" (to use the vernacular), and ought to learn some manners and sportsmanship. I am also less than impressed with her four "Master's" degrees. Most people will tell you there is really no need to get more than one M.A./M.S.; move on to a Ph.D. I wonder if the "universities" from which she received her "degrees" are even accredited. I wouldn't be surprised if Charo was Milka's English professor at one of these universities.
