I definitely don't agree with the choice for Bella. It definitely should have been Stephenie Meyers's choice, the girl from A Series of Unfortunate Events. And almost EVERYTHING'S disgustingly out of order. D:
I hate how movies ruin good books.
I definitely recommend reading the books, they're excellent!
Re: Milk – Actually, in reply to Milk's comment, Laurent is black in the books. But not completely. In the book it says he has olive-tone skin. And we all know that vampire's skin goes paler than their original human skin tone. So if it is olive (as was said in the book) now, then it would mean that he would have been black. So technically they didn't change his ethnicity to be politicall correct. They are correct in having a black actor, because Laurent's skin was black until he was changed, then his it went to a lighter olive tone. They just didn't make his skin lighter in the movie (which is dumb, I know). But what they did change is his hair. It's supposed to be short.
Hope that cleared it up! :]
The choice for Bella, WAS Stephani Meyers choice. And second, Emily Browning is wayyyy too pretty to play Bella.
I think this movie is going to be great, and If it isn't at least we still have got the books.

this trailer disapoints me…. I love the books though. I think the movie isn't going to be that great because it seems way more dramatic than the book is. every part of that trailer screams OMFG! he's going to get me!! OMFG!
The movie is supposed to be dramatic. There are millions of fans who are living and breathing every secind of their lives by twilight. If the movie was boring, then Stephanie Meyer would have some splaanin to do,.
I can't wait!! I have a feeling the movie(s) won't be as good as the book series though (as per usual). Definitely a recommended read though!
