She is a good example of the attitudes of this country. She is pretty and sexy and that's the good part. But if you spend your life centered around yourself thinking about boys, sex, partying and always self-indulgent then you become what you think about. On the shows it showed her developing a talent for singing and playing the piano and that is also good. But she has probably made herself ignorant to other important things in life but concentrating on her looks and image and worrying over the superficial aspects of life. I think a lot of people are jealous of her because she's got it made with her looks and set for life with money. When other people have to work she's caught up in the hedonistic lifestyle of the rich. She might be a nice person but it really shows when a person doesn't spend time reading and educating themselves and have to learn to survive in this world.

Why was everyone expecting her to be smart or to know what she is talking about? Did I miss the time she was in college, or got her degree in political science?
Brooke, as a professional naturopathic doctor, if you're crying all the time it means your adrenal glands are shot a.k.a you're too stressed out- something that is extremely common amoungst my young patients who are transitioning into adulthood like yourself. Taking proper care of yourself, making sure you're getting all your vitamins and minerals, excersizing and taking time to de-stress with a massage or meditation is key. As for your PMS, all it is is a symptom of the liver not being 'clear' enough to metabolize your estrogen properly. So stay away from alcohol and fatty foods ect. around the time of your period. You can safely take Milk Thisle and/or drink lemon water to help your liver, and Ginseng and/or Evening Primrose Oil to balance your hormones and make you feel like the strong and balanced person you are ment to be! Remember, God expects more from you and so do I. Their is no excuse in the world for a women to not use all her God given talents and abilities to make the world a better place. Remember, without balance, thier will be no harmony, it's just the laws of the universe.
