She looks painfully thin!
Donatella's daughter has battled anorexia for years now.
We thought she was on the road to recovery, but it's clearly an ongoing battle for Allegra.
Hopefully she finds her way before something tragic happens!

IMO, she is sooooo skinny but she has a fat face no matter what. that is what her head trip is. her body will disappear but her fat face will go on.
She's been sick with anorexia for a long time. Even if she 'recovers' she'll likely never be healthy.. so much damage will have been done to her body so far.
She is PAINFULLY thin right now, she looks close to the verge of death. You know, all sorts of disgusting things happen to the body in those stages, the breath smells really bad, hair grows over the body in all sorts of places, skin becomes dry and horrible and non-elastic.
Whats also disturbing is her posture - she is standing with her feet crossed in front of one another, ths is the typical celeb pose to make your hips and legs look thinner. They also put one hand on their waist to make it appear smaller. Another thing is to turn the body sideways to the camera and then angle the shoulders back toward the camera - making them look thinner and giving the face a nice 3/4 profile
just shove a burger down her throat.

Firstly, to all of you who hate anorexics, let me tell you something. i am an honors student, an amazing athlete, and a part of so many organizations it is not even funny. yet, even i, struggled with anorexia. i'm healthy now, but it is a disease. it is a mental illness, and its something debilitating and horrible. you can't ever truly heal. it is hell, and anyone can suffer from it.
Secondly, i wish her well, because i know how horrible that dark place can be.
i have absolutely NO sympathy for eating disordered people. there are people fucking starving in our own country and all over the world, and rich people starve themselves? nope. no sympathy.

this is an agonizing disease that I have suffered from too. The notion of being photographed and stalked while I was at my sickest… god, it would have porbably destroyed any chance of recovery completely.

I was on her plane coming in from Milan on Sunday and she looks truly terrifying. She was wearing 5 inches heels that looked as though they weighed more than her and more makeup than the cast of Cats.Her back looked bent by scoliosis and the onset of osteoporosis. Poor soul, she needs help soon

an eating disorder is a serious problem, regardless of who you are or who your family is. just because her family has a lot of money it doesn't mean that treatment will work better then for anyone else. many girls suffer from anorexia and she is just one of them, so the next time you write anything like 'eat a sandwich' think about this: someone you know could have an eating disorder too , you just don't know it. not everyone with an eating disorder looks like this

So sad… it's an aweful disease. Make your meals a tad bigger everyday.. you'll still be petite and thin but you won't look sunken in and ill. You want positive attention about your empire.. not negative attention about your health!

Re: Ashtr – You are a complete idiot. I struggled with an eating disorder in my teens and it is a real disease. It has nothing to do with food and more to do with control. It tooks years of therapy for me to get over that disease. Shame on you for being so IGNORANT!!!!!!!!!!!!

ive struggled with this disease before and it really becomes a sickness in your mind and you begin to fight everyday with an element of control. usually the weight is not important, but the feeling of stability that you THINK you have created.
I agree with Steve. THis girl probably does not have so much support and has decided to believe the media's image of what beauty is - very thin.
