Come on now. I have never seen anyone wearing a helmet or a seatbelt in a golf cart. That would be silly. Do you know how fast those things go? Not very.

It's not a golf cart, it's a Yamaha Rhino side-by-side. They don't just go 10 mph like all these comments say, they actually can go 50 mph. In Montana we can drive them on the street and in dirt and its the law to have children under 18 wear a helmet and be buckled in in them. But they're in France, so I guess he doesn't care.

When I grew up no one wore seatbelts in cars or wore bicycle helmets or elbow or knee pads. You could play dodgeball in school. And, we all survived very well thank you! You would think in this society all children should be living in houses with padded floors and walls never allowed to go outside and just be a kid. First of all, it's not evena golf cart. It's closer to something called a mule. People use them on farms. ythey do go faster thn 5-10 mph…they run about 20-30.

seriously…people need to get lives! i remember many times riding on my dads lap while he was driving a go cart bc i couldnt drive it on my own. brad was driving a golf cart that goes like 10 miles an hour at the most. you would have a better chance of the little one getting hurt walking around and tripping. the way everyone freaks out now a days about this stuff makes me wonder when we will be seeing babies wrapped in bubble wrap so no one can hurt them.
