Brigitte Nielsen popped up in London on Thursday night and she debuted her new face.
The reality TV whore recently had several cosmetic procedures done live on German television.
The process took several weeks and at her most gross point, Brigittie looked like THIS, all bruised and bandaged up.
Hmmmm…
She looks good but not that much improved from before.
What do U think???

It gives her softer features and certainly more of a feminine look. The way she looked before I was always surprised to not see a mustache on her as it looked like her upper lip was just ready to sprout
