Halle Berry is pulling a Brad Pitt.
The new mommy says a paparazzi photographer went too far to get a shot of the Oscar winner holding her infant daughter, trespassing onto her private property and snapping them hanging out in the backyard.
According to a report, Berry was upset when pictures of her holding the little babe showed up on the internet and in two celebrity magazines.
In a statement Berry dismisses the claim that the photos were taken when she was "out and about in Los Angeles."
Her lawyer said a criminal complaint has been filed and an investigation is under way.
He also said there are witnesses who saw the photographers in the middle of a "very blatant and invasive trespass."
Yikes.
Celebs deserve privacy at home too, right?!

im sorry i don't get offended when celbrities "bitch" about being followed all the time. yes they are much more in the public eye, but they are people and if they can't even have privacy at their own home then where in the hell can they? Many people have weight problems for health reasons. Also, with the chemicals and toxins mankind has created, we are noticing a surge in health problems. Diabetes is on the rise because of high fructose corn syrup, for example. Not everyone can handle the frankenfood we have created.
Of course some people are overweight simply because of unhealthy choices. But while that may not be the healthiest state to be in, neither is starvation. Starvation isn't about discipline. It's about self-loathing. It takes discipline to be healthy. Either extreme is unhealthy.

The paparazzi are going way to far now adays. It's one thing to take pictures at a movie premier or somewhere where the celebrity is actually "working", but it's another to put the celebrity in danger. It is their "job" to be in the spotlight sometimes, but it's not their job to have to worry about crashing their car into someone or something b/c the lights flashing are too bright for them to see, or the paparazzi getting too aggressive in public, or certainly taking pictures of their babies….
