I honestly don't think Madonna would be touring if indeed she knew she was "seriously ill". I think this picture (and others that have hit the net), are a simple result of no makeup, OBVIOUS recent implants, exhaustion, and all the negative press swirling in recent weeks.
If she were ill, I would think her biological father would know, therefore, her family would know, therfore, her brother CHRISTOPHER would know and would probably leak it to the world.
I am in question about one thing though: How freaking often does one go "to Kabbalah"?…It appears that she is "entering or exiting" the Kabbalah center everyday! And what exactly does one do "at Kabbalah"???? Surely there are other members who attend when Madonna does! I find it interesting that no one (that actually attends Kabbalah when M attends), "leaks" anything to the press about what is going on with Madonna.

In the past (way before she became an "english lady", cough, cough!), Madonna had several serious relationships with admitted gay/bisexual men (this is common knowledge, I'm not making it up).
I would not doubt for a minute that she has, or IS at a high propensity for this killer disease.
