Drunk Diving Douche

Shia LaBeouf was busted by police in Los Angeles this morning for DUI and rushed to the hospital with injuries.
That's an old mugshot, but he won't be smiling anymore in his new arrest shot!
LaDouche was behind the wheel of a car that was in a crash around 3 A.M. on Sunday morning in Hollywood.
A spokesperson for the L.A.P.D. says it was clear to officers who responded to the scene that LaBeouf was intoxicated, and he was subsequently arrested.
LaDouche and his passenger were injured, as was the other driver. Thankfully, though, none of the injuries were very serious.
Indy, Jr. was taken to the hospital to be treated for his bruises and scratches and he underwent surgery to repair some damage he did to his hand.
Shia has been having a lot of trouble with the law recently.
He was arrested last year for acting the drunk fool at a Walgreen's in Chicago (see above mugshot).
He was busted by police in the Valley for smoking illegally earlier this year.
And, he was reprimanded again by security guards in D.C., where he was filming at a museum and was caught smoking illegally in the men's room.

Holy shit, I was driving home and I saw this accident. It was pretty bad, his SUV's roof was crushed and it was blocking two lanes of traffic.

He was a complete idot for doing it, but don't go spreading lies. He was CITED by the cops, not arrested. If the injuries to the other party was severe it would've been a felony. But, since the injuries to everyone BUT him were minor, its a misdemeanor. And as far as the scrathes & shit, really, check your sources. His left hand was severely injured & hes in surgery right now getting it repaired. He has major injuries. Seriously though, you have been behind on stories latley. We're told Shia is in surgery right now to fix his messed up left hand that was injured after he rolled his car at 3 AM today. Law enforcement says he'll be cited and released on suspicion of DUI misdemeanor.
As for the others in the car, we're now told a female in Shia's car, as well as the male driver of the other car, suffered bumps and bruises but no big whoop. That's why it's now a misdemeanor, not a felony bust.

This really saddens me, because I had such hopes that Shia would develop into a serious actor who would champion serious, well-written movies (instead of the garbage that too often fills our movie theaters). I think TMZ said that he was trying to make an illegal left hand turn by going around another car and in the process he hit the other car and rolled his own car and when the police arrived it was readily apparent that he was intoxicated, who knows whether that means he was high on drugs or alcohol. They were waiting on the injury reports to determine whether his arrest would be felony DUI or misdemeanor DUI. It sounds like he had the worst injury with the damaged hand that required surgery, but you never know. Hopefully this is a wake up call.
