Drunk Diving Douche

Shia LaBeouf was busted by police in Los Angeles this morning for DUI and rushed to the hospital with injuries.
That's an old mugshot, but he won't be smiling anymore in his new arrest shot!
LaDouche was behind the wheel of a car that was in a crash around 3 A.M. on Sunday morning in Hollywood.
A spokesperson for the L.A.P.D. says it was clear to officers who responded to the scene that LaBeouf was intoxicated, and he was subsequently arrested.
LaDouche and his passenger were injured, as was the other driver. Thankfully, though, none of the injuries were very serious.
Indy, Jr. was taken to the hospital to be treated for his bruises and scratches and he underwent surgery to repair some damage he did to his hand.
Shia has been having a lot of trouble with the law recently.
He was arrested last year for acting the drunk fool at a Walgreen's in Chicago (see above mugshot).
He was busted by police in the Valley for smoking illegally earlier this year.
And, he was reprimanded again by security guards in D.C., where he was filming at a museum and was caught smoking illegally in the men's room.
Get your act together, Douche!

However, I am seriously going to start a business in LA to pick people up to drive them home, with another driver to drive the celeb's/and or average Joe drunk home, so the won't have to worry about driving the car home the next day.
How much would you pay for this service? I think It will $250 flat rate within 50 miles.

This kid (eye roll). He's the same idiot who came out and criticized Lohan and the other drunk douches in Hollywood for getting busted for DUI. I never listen to anything any stupid celebrity has to say anymore - it's all just lip service to make themselves look good in the public eye. Eventually they all show their true colors.
Are you sure it was in Los Angeles? I heard it happened in West Hollywood at the corner of Fountain and LaBrea, and he was arrested by the LA County Sheriffs.

People fail to realize that a lot of people get DUI's, not just celebrities. I'm not saying that I condone drunk drivers, I'm just saying that people need to realize that everyone makes mistakes.

California has a zero tolerance law regarding drinking and driving. Anything over 0 is a DUI. Even if he was under the legal limit, doesn't matter. He's can still be cited, DMN can suspend his license [which they will], and be sued for liability to the driver he hit. People have been busted for DUI with a tablespoon of cough syrup in their system.
I am not condoning drinking a drop of alcohol and driving. Just letting those in Cali know about zero tolerance, cuz they can nail you if you've only had a few sips of alcohol, if you admit it to the cops. Zero tolerance.
