A. It's a photo taken "mid-face", meaning he's reacting to whatever's got his attention, so it's not a "normal" photo (don't we ALL have photos mid expression that aren't great?)
B. He's almost 40, but he just looks like Encino Man, 16 years older. Hell, at least he hasn't shot himself full of Botox or had some stuff done! He just looks like he's lived, that's all.
C. He's still worth way more than all of us so who in the hell are we to judge?? Plus he's also going through a divorce so perhaps it's taken a toll too. I just think everyone's being a little too harsh on him because he's still a good actor. Did anyone else see him on 'Scrubs"? He was awesome!

Oh come on! You could at least wait a couple of years before pointing out how he's aging like John Travolta. I mean, he doesn't look half bad. It's not like "Encino Man" or "George of the Jungle" hot but I'd still hit that.
