Sources claim that Denise Richards dragged Charlie Sheen into court for an emergency child custody hearing to drive ratings for her reality show.
An insider reportedly said, "She thinks a court battle would be good for ratings so she wants all overnight visits with the girls ceased, and monitored visits with her nanny. She invited the media circus to the hearing and even wanted reporters in the judge's chambers - which wasn't allowed. It's ridiculous."
Denise apparently insinuated in court that Charlie was molesting their two daughters during the hearing.

Another source reports Sheen is livid and "out to prove Denise's lack of veracity and sue her in civil court for defamation.
Then he'll sue for child custody.

C'mon, Denise is sleazy. Didn't she also accuse him of killing a porn star? And she said that he had child porn on his computer, yet despite being investigated he's free and no charges? Denise's reality show and all the info "accidentally" leaked to the press seemed geared towards attacking Charlie and painting Denise as a victim. That really does nothing for the kids she claims to love. Then again, if she wasn't clinging to the drama with Charlie or using her kids, she would have disappeared from the spotlight years ago, wouldn't she? I watch her show, and I didn't like her at first. I have to say I believed all the rumors about her. After watching the show, I have started to think she's an ok person. She seems very normal and she seems like a good mom! If she thinks that Charlie is doing something to their girls then it is her duty to protect them from him. If he isn't guilty of anything then he should be able to prove it in court. I'm not really sure why you dislike her so much, I think you just have a crush on her ex. Let us remember he has had quite the pass himself and he comes across as a real sleaze! I don't think I would trust him around my daughters either………
I personally think if the girls are starting to act in an inappropriate manner than I'd look at Denise Dad who came to live with her recently, if Charlie was a molster type of guy he'd have been that way the whole time and she would of noticed the signs before. Her dad is the new person in the pictures who seems to spend alot of time with them at least on the show that is, and he looks like he's been featured on to Capture a Preditor, I'm just saying. Kimora even features her kids in many episodes. Denise never put her kids front and center like Kimora does.
