Sources claim that Denise Richards dragged Charlie Sheen into court for an emergency child custody hearing to drive ratings for her reality show.
An insider reportedly said, "She thinks a court battle would be good for ratings so she wants all overnight visits with the girls ceased, and monitored visits with her nanny. She invited the media circus to the hearing and even wanted reporters in the judge's chambers - which wasn't allowed. It's ridiculous."
Denise apparently insinuated in court that Charlie was molesting their two daughters during the hearing.
That's not something to joke about!!!!!
Another source reports Sheen is livid and "out to prove Denise's lack of veracity and sue her in civil court for defamation.
Then he'll sue for child custody.
What kind of mother would use her children in such a way?

I highly doubt she cares about 'setting the record straight' with her show. She's not using her kids for ratings, she's using her legal battle with Charlie Sheen for ratings. if you actually watch her show (which i do every week), the girls are RARELY on the show. there are some episodes in which they do not appear at all. i do not know her or the sheen-ster, but i think it is pretty obvious which one of them has their shit togther. plus, her father and sister, etc. seem very down to earth and normal and very supportive of her. so what she wanted to do a reality show - good for her! i feel bad for her because she seems like a pretty straightforward person who is drawn to bad boys. i don't know about the molestation charges - that (and most of what you print on here about people) is for the courts to sort out.

About 12 years ago there was a woman I met, you could say I had been looking for her most of my life. She was about 3 and half months younger than Denise. She lived with a violent boyfriend. Does this make sense to any women out there?

Having children myself I think that If there was any thought in your mind about the abuse of your children, no matter how silly,should be taken seriously. How many times do we have to see peoples neighbours on the news saying "He/she was such a quiet person, you would never know that he/she would be capable of doing this" before people realise that people that abuse children don't follow an exact description. Whether the above article is true or not, doesn't actually concern me. Charlie and Denise both have questionable pasts. I dont believe a word of it. I think the media needs to stop harrassing this poor lady. I think they are making her out to be a monster when she is not. Her intrests are her children and that is it. If she was intrested in ratings you would see more things in her show regarding the children. I think she seperates those kids from the show a lot. I dont see why everyone gives her such a hard time when there have plenty of reality shows with people's kids involved. The media needs to find someone worth picking on. Start writing the truth and stop making up lies!!! Too bad she doesn't sue for defamation of character for all the bull people write and say about her. Get over it and move the heck on. I dont see her making accusations unless there is a valid reason. The truth will come out, it ALWAYS does!!!

Hopefully she has some real proof of this. Just because one has a history of being a ladies man and paying for certain things does not make that person a pedophile. That's a pretty serious thing accusation. Just because someone is considered a "bad boy" also doesn't mean that he's a pedophile. Both of them need some serious help and it's awfully sad that there are two innocent little girls stuck in the middle, being used as pawns. My heart goes out to them, they didn't ask to be born to two parents who now seem to abhor each other.
