Well, he was drunk, but….
New reports claim that Shia LaBeouf was not at fault for this past weekend's accident.
A Sheriff's spokesman said detectives had found that the other driver apparently jumped a red light and would be charged.
"He (LaBeouf) was not at fault," the mouthpiece said of the Transformers actor.
Shia was detained on suspicion of drink driving on Sunday after the crash.
Regardless, if he had been drinking he should not have been behind the wheel!

doesn't matter. if shia was drunk, the courts will find that he was at fault, regardless. my friend got t-boned by some dude but because she blew numbers (.03, which is way less than the legal limit in cali) she was found to be at fault.
