Right now, though, Miley Cyrus has the #1 album in America.
The Disney slut's new record, Breakout, sold 371,000 copies this past week. That's the second biggest debut by a female artist of the year, behind Mariah's first week sales of 463,000 for E=MC2 in April.
Cyrus' last album, Hannah Montana 2 /Meet Miley Cyrus, started at No. 1 last July with 326,000.
Congrats to Miley.

Calling a 15 year old a slut—not cool. She's really done nothing to deserve this—the media has created a story that's not there. Perez's comments make young people think it's okay to disrespect women and in this case children.
I'm a father of 3 kids (ages 9,7,5) and they all enjoy watching Hanna Montana, and I see nothing wrong with the show. I can't believe you keep calling her a slut - I find it very childish and immature.
She seems like a very talented and beautiful girl and the shows message is always positive - in keeping with Disney's values.
The kids (and myself) have also seen her concert movies and I thought it was excellent - no wonder she's been so popular.
I thought a slut was someone that slept around - but as far as I know she's never had sex - unless you know something that the rest of us don't.
