The CDC says no such thing about "safe sex" AND the "statistics" you quote about condom usage vary significantly depending upon quality, who, and proper use. Your bias is showing.

1. I gave the ACTUAL CDC (Center for Disease Control) definition for Safe sex. I have it in their brochures for healthcare providers and have plenty of info on their alerts as a STD reporter to them. They changed referring to sex with condoms to now SAFER sex–not safe sex. Again, safe sex=sex with one un-infected individual who is faithful to you for the rest of your life
2. As to STD/condom statistic's those are verifiable scientific statistics that even Planned Parenthood who would be the most liberal of opinions can't argue with.
