The Disney star covered Breakout, a song Perry recorded years ago, for her new album, and Miley even chose that as the title of her record.

katys is better because its all her. mileys sounds like its digitally enhanced and you have background singers, which they probably used to try to make her sound better. which is why i never liked miley cause really there is nothing special about her voice/acting or dancing. she got famous off 14 yr olds and younger, who are entertained by anything disney.
