Even though she claims to have "written" so much of her new album, Miley Cyrus recorded a cover of Four Walls for her new CD, Breakout.
The song was originally recorded by former MTV reality star Cheyenne Kimball for her album - years ago.

Yeah, I just can't stand Miley Cyrus! We took my 6 year old niece to see her 3d concert in theater, and I felt like my ears were bleeding. She can't sing, can't act, and can't dance. I thought Disney only took children that were so called "triple-threats". She is as far from that as possible!

Mileys is ALOT better. Hers sounds more emotional like its from the heart. . . even though she never wrote it . . . But Cheyenne sounds like she sings through her nose, her voice is quite whiney and babyish. I like Miley's voice alot better - I just think her version beats Cheyenne's.

Miley did NOT have permission from Cheyenne, she had permission from the record company to ASK to use "four walls" However she did not ask, therefore she was not granted permission. Cheyenne still owns the rights to the song, as her website says. Miley and/or her advisors didn't think that one through, because now she wont make a penny off the single or radio plays until she buys the rights.
Miley is banned in my house as well. Its only a matter of time until she becomes the next Britney Spears, drugs, rehab, 5150 holds and all. She wanted it all, shes going to have it soon enough.
