perez…I love you dearly…but you have got to stop pitting 15 year old girls against each other. Demi will probably make just as many mistakes as Miley and this song is AWFUL!!! She's 15…its a bit soon to be singing about getting back to the "old days" unless she's talking about her 4th birthday party. Neither one of them are great singers…but I had to take my little cousin to hear Miley live and she sounds almost the same as on the CDs…I heard Demi on that Disney Channel Games thing (watching small children sucks sometimes) and it was HORRID! I'm not taking teams but I think that there are other celebrities to focus on than 15 year old girls who will be complete has beens in about 3 years.
We don't know what sort of mistakes Demi is going to make but I'm sure that in a few months you will hate her and Selena just as much as you hate Miley. I think they're all awful…but seriously…Lindsay started out the same way. Everything Disney touches goes downhill.

Well, they both are pretty lousy artists/singers, but Demi is definitely a better singer than Miley. Also, while this music is still obnoxiously teen-y, it's sadly more grown-up than Miley's. Maybe in about 10 years Demi and/or Miley will be mature enough to delve into serious music and prove that they are actually artistic. I doubt it, though. These Disney kids get so much ego-inflation and fortune at such a young age, now, that I doubt they'll be in touch with reality enough to make good music when they're older.
