Perez couldn't be being partisan here, could he? This girl is o.k. vocally, fresh and Pop. Miley Cyrus has technical vocal skills WAY beyond her age, and besides that, it's comparing apples to oranges. Appreciation for vocals is subjective, and is in the eye of the beholder. Regardless of how Miley Cyrus is reaching maturity, she can REALLY sing, particularly for a fifteen year old. It's obvious she's been singing and around singers her entire life.
