Well for me the top one looks real, but he 2nd and 3rd are totally photoshopped. The bellys do not match and the hip bones are sticking out in the last picture where as in the second they aren't, you would think that if your lying down in both photos that both would show hip bones, plus in the 2nd pictures looks like someone (NOT MILEY) has a bit of a tummy going on, so not don't think it is her all in photos 2 and 3.
