It's pretty clear to me. She's an exercise addict. Look- she has zero body fat, and only has muscles. But at her age when you combine that with aging skin that isn't as elastic as it once was, it makes her look really thin and skeletal. Thus, this new look of hers. And the wet hair? I think it's from the fact that she is ALWAYS in the gym.
