Congrats, Perez. I have lost 10 lbs since the end of May and been amping up my exercise… I also quit smoking.. on day 3 and have no had no temptations yet to do it… (taking Chantix)… Living the fullest life is more important than 'looking good', but hey.. if they go together.. KUDOS to us both!

YAY Perez!!! Im so happy for you =D Ive been trying to be healthier too, I lost 22 pounds already! Im 5'6 & weighed 149 (I didnt look fat tho just a little chunky) So now Im 127 w/ an amazing body!!! & I didnt lose my boobs either! I hope you reach your goals! I did it by eating several small (healthy) meals each day, I cut out all (or most) soda, chips, candy, junk, & fast food. It helps if you stock your fridge/pantry with organic foods, veggies, fruit, & foods that are 100% all natural no additives! I dont even work out and the weight came off like nothing! Im SO happy w/ my new slimmer body, & im relieved that I got to keep the boobs!! I hope you lose your boobs tho! haha
