For the 4th weekend in a row, The Dark Knight was the #1 movie at the box office in America.
Industry experts say it will make $26 million by the end of the weekend.
Dark Knight‘s weekend earnings put it at #3 on the all-time domestic box-office charts with $441.5 million, behind only Titanic ($600.8 million) and the original Star Wars ($461 million), which has had many re-releases.
Stoner flick Pineapple Express came in at #2 with $22.4 million. We saw it and we loved it. It was like God’s vagina – SO good!
Review loser The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor was #3 at $16.1 million and at #4 The Bitchyhood Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 with $10.8 million.
Too bad Seth Rogen and James Franco weren’t able to knock off the Bat. He’s unbeatable!
