Served!

Lindsay Lohan‘s gal pal, Samantha Ronson, was served legal papers by our process server while she was DJing at the Whiskey in Los Angeles on Thursday night.

“It was quite a scene,” a source tells us. “Samantha was freaking out.”

She’s got the money to pay our legal bills in the frivolous lawsuit she brought against us. She’s been ordered to do so by a court, yet she still hasn’t.

Ronson was served with Orders issued by the court to compel her to appear for an examination under oath to provide all of her personal financial information as a result of her failure to pay the judgment against her.

The examination is scheduled for October 6th in a Los Angeles superior court.

We look forward to resolving this matter soon.
